So my friend and I started mapping out episodes with tie colors, in case there was some significance. (We have a lot of free time lol) This is what we came up with. If there is a real doctor and a ganger!doctor, and tie color shows the difference, blue tie would probably be the ganger!doctor.
Also, the dashed line is the split from part 1 to part 2.
